  • In France
    If you want to make a return without going to the post office, it is possible, with the following service: Send a Colissimo from your mailbox
  • Outside of France
    The 14-day return period for items will begin at the end of confinement in your country. You must still notify us of your return request within 3 days of receiving your package, by email.

If you do not find what you are looking for and do not wish to choose another item or a credit, you have 14 days to be reimbursed. We invite you to read our general conditions of sale and in particular the paragraph Right of withdrawal - "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee where you will find all the indications to be reimbursed.

Exchange or credit - instructions

If you want to exchange an item or request a credit, please follow the instructions below:

  • Within 3 days of receiving your package, contact us at to tell us about the situation and tell us the item you want to receive in exchange, or if you opt for a credit.
  • Only items returned in new condition and without having undergone any transformation, being in a state allowing their resale will be exchanged. Items returned incomplete, damaged or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Omyoki reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges per article.
  • The initial free shipping costs from 50 euros of purchase can be invoiced if a return induces a purchase become lower than 50 euros. In the same way, during special promotions where the shipping costs are free, the initial shipping costs will then be invoiced.
  • The new shipping costs for a new item are your responsibility. We will contact you to offer to pay the new delivery costs by Paypal or bank transfer.
  • The costs and risks of transport being borne by the sender, we remind you that your items can be returned to us only by PACKAGES FOLLOWED only (we do not accept returns without tracking).
  • Return packaging: Items must be in their original pouch / box + one bubble bag + extra protection if needed.

  • Include a copy of your invoice for the item (s) and a note indicating the item you would like to receive in exchange, if applicable.
