If your jewelry does not suit you, you can opt for an exchange, a credit or a refund. For that, let us know by Email, indicating your name and order number, as soon as possible.

Exchange or credit

For an exchange, you have a period of 14 days. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instructions below. Our jewelry is often unique, so please let us know as soon as possible, we're counting on you 🙏

  • Within 3 days of receipt of your package, contact us at infos@omyoki.com to let us know the situation and tell us which item you would like to receive in exchange, or if you opt for a credit note.
  • Only items returned in perfect condition and without having undergone any transformation, being in a state allowing their resale will be exchanged. Items returned incomplete, modified or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Omyoki reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges per item.
  • The initial free shipping costs from 60 euros of purchase can be charged to you if a return induces a total amount lower than 60 euros. In the same way, during special promotions where the shipping costs are free, the initial shipping costs will then be charged.
  • New shipping costs for a new item remain your responsibility. We will contact you to offer to pay the new delivery costs by Stripe, Paypal or bank transfer.
  • The costs and risks of transport being borne by the sender, we remind you that:

    your items must be returned by TRACKED PARCELS only
    (we do not accept returns without tracking).

  • Return packaging: Items must be in their original pouch / box + one bubble bag + extra protection if needed.

  • Please include a copy of your initial invoice and a note indicating the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange, if applicable.
  • Send us the tracking numbers of your tracked package by email.

To have

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for a credit note. The credit note remains valid for 2 months from the order date. It is issued after verification of the item's condition.

Refund

You have 14 days to return your money. We invite you to read our general terms and conditions of sale, in particular the paragraph Right of withdrawal - "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee .

FAQ returns

Are returns subject to a fee?

Yes. Omyoki We are a small business and therefore cannot offer free returns. We do offer free shipping on many occasions and do our best to provide gifts and special touches throughout the year.
You can choose the return method that suits you best, the only condition being that you send your package via tracked parcel.

Refund, exchange, credit note: what are the timeframes?

  • Refund : withdrawal period 14 days.

  • Exchange : possible up to 14 days.

  • To have : it remains valid 2 months.

How do I return an item?

If you are returning your entire order, don't forget to return the jewelry pouch.

The jewelry and its packaging must be new and clean. If necessary, a fee may be charged.
