The properties of the tiger eye

The tiger eye is a stone of protection par excellence. It protects both physically and psychologically. Crystal healing, the eye is used as stone tiger protection against the evil eye, against black magic and harmful thoughts. It also has its place in empathy problems when a person is overwhelmed by the energies of places or people. It is a stone that helps to refocus on itself and take root.

The origin of the fine tiger eye stone name is its similarity to the eye of a tiger but also because of his brown and yellow. In the past it would also have been called stone of the wolf.

The main deposits of tiger eye are located in India, South Africa, Australia, Burma, Brazil, the United States, Madagascar, and Russia.

Symbolic of the lotus flower

The lotus flower represents a Buddhist metaphor. This beautiful flower blossoms in the middle of swamps, which represents the possibility for any individual to reach enlightenment, whatever his or her starting environment. The lotus draws its beauty from the darkness of the mud, which makes a reference to the Buddha who decided to give up his life of prince after seeing the old age and the death of his eyes. The lotus flower can symbolize the path of enlightenment:
• roots, purely material and below the surface of the water.
• leaves that open with the day above the surface of the water.
• Finally, the majestic flower that emerges from the heart and could be assimilated to enlightenment.
