The fine striated silver ring is a refined and timeless model. Composed of a fine 925 silver leaf thinning at the back, and delicately ridged, it adjusts to fine to medium fingers. Adjustable, you can put it on different fingers and never get tired of it. This jewel was made by one of our artisan-partner from northern Thailand. Entirely handmade, it is a craftsman from the Karen tribes who made this beautiful piece of jewelry.

925 silver, the material of your ring

The silver used to make the jewelry can not be pure 100%, because it would be too soft. In order to work it is added one or more alloy metals, most of the time copper.

Silver jewelry, in Europe and in most countries of the world, is 925 silver. It is 1st grade silver, it has a minimum content of 92,5%. This is also called sterling silver, from the English Sterling Silver 925. Sterling silver, for example, is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Thai money is often purer than the world standard. It often contains 95 at 98% money, which allows a different job of money. Because purer silver is softer and more malleable, Thai silver jewelry is usually thicker.
