Where is the store? Omyoki ?

Omyoki is based in the city of Lyon, France. We don't have a physical store because we are a small company. That said, even being small, Omyoki is a solid company, which was founded in November 2017. Our jewelry is shipped worldwide, mostly to Europe but also to Canada, Australia and the four corners of the world.

Where are the jewels handcrafted ?

Our jewelry is all made in India, Nepal, or Thailand.

  •  Indian jewelry are made in the northwest of the country, in the Rajasthan region. This land is extremely rich in culture and craftsmanship. Indians have been making jewelry worthy of the Thousand and One Nights there since the time of the Maharajas.
  •  Nepalese jewelry are made in the heart of Kathmandu, the country's capital.
  •  Tibetan jewelry are not made in Tibet, indexed by China, but in Tibetan communities, living in India or Nepal.
  •  thai jewelry are made by artisans from the Karen tribe, a people originally from Burma and living on its border in northwest Thailand.

Where do the materials come from?

Raw materials such as silver, semi-precious stones, brass, etc. come from various countries. We favor the materials of the countries in which the jewels are made.

Some examples of provenance:

  • Moonstone, rose quartz, amethyst, aventurine, tiger eye, agate come from Indian deposits
  • Lapis lazuli comes from Pakistan
  • Garnet from Sri Lanka

India has been a hub for precious and semi-precious stones for hundreds of years. It has always held a major role in the gemstone trade. Today, he is the first precious and semi-precious stone cutter in the world! The countries adjoining India take advantage of this context and buy their stones from the Indians.

The money is mainly produced in China, Mexico and Peru. The top 7 producing countries are Mexico, China, Peru, Australia, Russia, Poland and Bolivia. In general, silver jewelry money comes in the vast majority of these countries.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

It's normal for your jewelry to tarnish over time, so we advise you to take good care of it by protecting it from moisture and light, in its pouch or a jewelry box. In fact, it's normal for silver or brass jewelry to darken. A silver piece can be of excellent quality, but it's still subject to the effects of time. Silver and brass oxidize; this chemical reaction occurs between the layer in contact with air and oxygen. Indeed, whether you wear your jewelry or not, silver will darken over time. Certain factors, such as perfume and chemicals (chlorine or others), contribute to the oxidation of jewelry. How to choose your ring size?

The ring sizes are based on the diameter of the ring.

To get the most accurate measurement, you can draw the different diameters on a paper and put your ring on it. Drawing the inside of one of your ring on paper then measure, allows a fair ring measurement. The other technique is to measure your finger with a meter of flexible seamstress.

In reality it is quite difficult to find your ring size using guides and it is really preferable to go to a jewelry store to have your finger measured. You will keep this measurement almost for life so do not hesitate.

Can I make an exchange?

If you have not chosen the right ring size, where you have been wrong for any reason, you can trade your jewel.

Let us know upon receipt of your package, preferably by email.

For a new ring, please tell us the name of the jewel and the size chosen (please choose online from the available jewels). If there is a price difference, we will refund the difference to you or ask you to pay the supplement.

Do you offer a gift package?

Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service, charged at 7 €. In addition to the pouch in which we slip your jewelry, we offer:

  • a white recyclable jewelry box with Omyoki logo
  • a gift wrapped in pink (woman) or brown (man) kraft paper
  • all accompanied by a Sen silk ribbon

If you wish to send the gift directly to the recipient, you will need to provide the details of the person during the ordering process. You can specify a specific date for sending the gift (it's a sending date and not a date of reception). The gift will be sent directly to the recipient, without an invoice. Your invoice can be found in your client space .

How to activate my gift card?

The gift card works like a promo code. Simply insert the code of your gift card at the time of order.

You can use your gift card code, in part or in full. If the jewelry you have chosen requires an additional charge, you can pay the difference when placing your order.

How to use a coupon code?

Your promo code is simple to use. Just insert the code at the time of the order.

  4. Insert your promo code

Coupon codes have restricted terms of use. You will not be able to use the same promo code multiple times.

FAQ about deliveries

Where is my package?

Your package tracking information is available in your Customer account, in the tab OrdersIf you didn't create an account when placing your order, you can find your package tracking information in the automated email that was sent to you. This email may be in your spam folder; to find it, search for "Omyoki" in your email inbox.

Colissimo relay point: where is it sent?

Colissimo deliveries to a pickup point are shipped to the pickup point closest to your delivery address. If you wish to choose a specific pickup point, you must request this when placing your order.

The tracking number is not working

Occasionally, the La Poste website may experience technical difficulties, making tracking of your parcel temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. However, we try to ship them the same day.
The delivery times for each carrier are then indicated in the delivery schedule.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible: we'll do our best depending on the order's status. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, no changes are possible.

My package is marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it

In that case :

  • Check the tracking (mailbox, concierge/neighbor, relay point).

  • Contact us quickly with your order number and tracking information so we can help you open a claim with the carrier.

Do you deliver internationally (Europe, Switzerland, Overseas, Worldwide)?

Yes. Omyoki ships to France, Europe and internationally, with options adapted according to the zone (European Union, Switzerland, Overseas, World).

Are there any international customs fees/taxes?

In case of shipment outside the European UnionTaxes may be levied upon delivery (depending on the country) and remain the responsibility of the customer. This is generally never the case.

FAQ returns

Are returns subject to a fee?

Yes. Omyoki We are a small business and therefore cannot offer free returns. We do offer free shipping on many occasions and do our best to provide gifts and special touches throughout the year.
You can choose the return method that suits you best, the only condition being that you send your package via tracked parcel.

Refund, exchange, credit note: what are the timeframes?

  • Refund : withdrawal period 14 days.

  • Exchange : possible up to 14 days (with specific instructions).

  • To have : it remains valid 2 months.

How do I return an item?

To properly prepare for your return, follow this guide:

  • You can use the original envelope,
  • Return the jewelry item(s) in their box(es).
  • Protect everything well in a bubble envelope.
  • Ship with tracking

WARNINGS

– your items must be returned in TRACKED PARCELS  only
Colissimo, Delivengo, Chronopost, DPD, UPS, etc.
– We do not accept returns without tracking.

The jewelry and its packaging must be new and clean. If necessary, a fee may be charged.
