Transport resumes functioning more regularly but some delays are still possible. Relay point deliveries have resumed and the number of points will increase.

Your orders are prepared within 24 hours, with care and with all the sanitary measures required.
They are shipped every day.

How your orders are delivered

Your orders are delivered by La Poste and Chronopost, in tracking parcels, Colissimo, and Chronopost, with delivery to the mailbox. For more information on the measures implemented by these carriers, see Post, and Chronopost.

Carrier deadlines

  • Deliveries via La Poste leave again every day, the day after their deposit. That said, a small delay in delivery is still possible.
    • Exception: more delivery in the following countries / places: French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, Reunion, Mayotte, Guyana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, US islands, Latin America
  • Deliveries via Chronopost are made within the usual deadlines in France. A delay in delivery is possible outside France, due to the numerous roadblocks for checks and a decrease in the number of international flights.
    • Exception: more delivery in the following countries / places: Wallis and Futuna, Latin America, Comoros, Seychelles

Each order is delivered in a free pouch. Your jewels are carefully slipped into a pretty pouch silk and cotton hand-made.

Our jewelry pouches are made by peasant women from around Kathmandu, Nepal, or by Indian seamstresses. For small orders we offer you an embroidered organza jewelry pouch.

For your small orders, we offer a delivery tracking package, with two rates. Very small prices, so that your jewels remain accessible.

    Choose Chronopost delivery. In France Chronopost guarantees a delivery the next day. In Europe parcels are delivered the next day in major cities and 2 working days to most countries. Consult the map of delivery times in Europe and in the world.
  • You are in a hurry but still have some margin?
    Choose delivery in Colissimo. In France and Overseas Colissimo guaranteed delivery under 48 working hours. In Europe, count 3 to 4 days for most countries like Germany, Italy or Ireland. Consult delivery times in Europe and worldwide.

Parcel tracking

The reference of the sending of your parcel is transmitted to you by email. In addition, you can access your order information at any time and download your invoice in " Orders " of the heading " My account ".

Return and exchange

If a piece of jewelry is not entirely satisfactory, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service as soon as possible by email, to arrange an exchange, a credit or a refund. For the jewel to conform and be accepted, it must not have been worn and must be returned in its original packaging. Any return to Omyoki must be made by followed mail (letter followed, colissimo, chrono or others). Return costs are your responsibility.
