Origin of Omyoki Contemporary Silver Jewelry

Our contemporary silver jewelry is 100% handmade, in Thailand, India and Nepal. Every year we travel to these wonderful countries to work with our partner artisans on new models. Many of our silver jewelry, with their refined design, are made in northern Thailand, by the Karen tribes. This tribe is originally from Burma, and they are the guardians of a centuries-old know-how of working with hammered and brushed silver. The silver and fine stone jewelry is made in India, in the heart of Rajasthan. This land of princes and maharajas, where craftsmanship and know-how in jewelry have been renowned for hundreds of years.
As for jewelry made of natural stones, precious woods and seeds, they are delicately handmade in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.

Composition of our contemporary silver jewelry

The materials used to create our jewelry are noble, with 925 silver and quality semi-precious stones. In addition, most of the fine stones come from the region where the jewelry is made. You will find lots of turquoise, moonstone, labradorite, rose quartz, natural agates and many more. Particular attention is paid to the finishing of the jewelry, and the delicate and meticulous work put into each piece makes them unique artisanal creations.
