Returns and Exchanges

If your item is not entirely to your liking, you can request an exchange, a voucher or a refund. Please notify us by Email, indicating your name and order number, within 3 days. of your parcel reception.

Exchange or credit

If you wish to exchange an item or request a credit note, please follow the instructions below. Our jewels are often unique pieces so please let us know as soon as possible, we are counting on you 🙏

  • Within 3 days of receipt of your package, contact us at infos@omyoki.com to let us know the situation and tell us which item you would like to receive in exchange, or if you opt for a credit note.
  • Only items returned in perfect condition and without having undergone any transformation, being in a state allowing their resale will be exchanged. Items returned incomplete, modified or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Omyoki reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges per item.
  • The initial free shipping costs from 100 euros of purchase can be charged to you if a return induces a total amount lower than 100 euros. In the same way, during special promotions where the shipping costs are free, the initial shipping costs will then be charged.
  • The new shipping costs for a new item are your responsibility. We will send you an email with a Paypal link allowing you to pay the new deliveries fee.
  • The costs and risks of transport being borne by the sender, we remind you that:

    your items must be returned by TRACKED PARCELS only
    (we do not accept returns without tracking).

  • Return packaging: Items must be in their original pouch / box + one bubble bag + extra protection if needed.

  • Please include a copy of your initial invoice and a note indicating the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange, if applicable.
  • Send us the tracking numbers of your tracked package by email.

Refund

If you do not find the right size for you or another item you like, and do not want a voucher instead, you have 14 days maximum from the day you received your parcel to send the item(s) back, by tracked delivery.
